Terms and Conditions for Apex Gutter Clean

1. Introduction Welcome to Apex Gutter Clean. By using our gutter cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 

2. Services Provided We provide professional gutter cleaning services, including but not limited to: 

Removal of debris from gutters and downspouts 

Minor repairs (if agreed upon separately) 

Flushing of downspouts (if requested) 

Visual inspection of the gutter system 

Assessment of potential problem areas, such as leaks or blockages 

Recommendations for future maintenance 

Photos of work taken in place (before and after if requested) 

3. Quotes and Pricing 

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information given at the time of inquiry. 

Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the gutters and additional work required. 

Any additional services requested during the cleaning process may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding. 

Payment is due up to 48 hours of completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

We accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, or electronic transfer. 

4. Access and Safety 

The Customer must provide safe access to the property for the service to be completed. 

The Company is not responsible for any obstructions that prevent work from being carried out (e.g., locked gates, unsafe surfaces, etc.). 

If the Customer fails to provide access, the appointment may be rescheduled, and a call-out fee may be applied. 

The Company ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations, including the use of appropriate safety equipment and techniques. 

5. Liability and Damage 

We take utmost care in delivering our services, but we are not liable for pre-existing damages to gutters, roofs, or downspouts. 

We are not responsible for damages caused by clogged or poorly maintained gutters prior to our service. 

Customers must notify us of any fragile roofing or gutter structures before the service. 

Any accidental damage caused during the service must be reported immediately, and we will assess and discuss resolutions accordingly. 

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 

Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee. 

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. 

If rescheduling is necessary, we will notify the Customer as soon as possible and arrange a new service date. 

7. Customer Responsibilities 

Ensure all pets are secured during the service. 

Remove any obstacles that may hinder access to the gutter system. 

Remove personal equipment and possessions (clothes hanging, shoes, car or bikes, chairs and tables etc) 

Inform us of any specific concerns or areas that need special attention. 

It is the Customer’s responsibility to maintain their gutters regularly to avoid excessive build-up, which may require more extensive cleaning services in the future. 

8. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee 

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. 

Warranty does not cover future blockages due to natural debris accumulation. 

If any issues arise within 7 days of service that are directly related to our work, we will provide a complimentary inspection and, if necessary, re-cleaning. 

9. Force Majeure 

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, accidents, or equipment failure. 

If services are disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the appointment promptly. 

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland Australia.
